Accepted Waste & Types.

Our guide to the waste materials we accept.

What Goes In Skip Bins

At Greenfields Waste, we’re committed to handling a wide variety of waste types with responsibility and efficiency. Here’s a guide to the waste materials we accept:

  • General Waste: Household waste, office cleanouts, and mixed rubbish. Please note, no hazardous materials.
  • Builders Waste: Concrete, bricks, plaster, and other construction debris.
  • Recyclable Materials: Metals, plastics, paper, and glass.

Building & Demolition Waste

This includes materials like concrete, bricks, wood, metal, and plaster from construction and demolition sites. We ensure safe disposal and recycling of these materials.

Chemical & Hazardous Waste

For safety reasons, chemicals and hazardous materials are not accepted.

Asbestos

Handling asbestos demands expertise due to its health risks. We provide specialized services for the safe removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials.

General Waste

A general waste bin is meant for non-recyclable waste that cannot be composted or recycled.

Properly sorting your waste ensures that recyclable and composable materials are processed correctly, reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills and minimising environmental impact. Always check with your local council or waste management provider for specific guidelines, as they can vary by location.
